Nope, that was the real background, looks pretty cool huh, Clarence is very good with a camera.

I had to desaturate a lot of the yellow cast on the cars, from that stupid light.

It would have been a holiday for you Andrew...we met up around 7ish had a feed then met the photographer at 9pm...from memory finished around 2-30ish got home at 4am
well worth it though

yes that yellow light was close to being 'switched off' by dino or me...

clarence that shot looks great, glad to see photoshop overcome the evil of HPS street lighting!

i took this shot as Clarence started his first pass of lighting my car for our individual shots, amazing to see how you get the overall effect and the accentuation of the body lines. notice the red dot on the left of screen which is the camera on the tripod and the most incredible part of it all is that he is 'invisible' in the finished photo despite having walked all around the car 3 or 4 times illuminating it. excellent stuff mate.
and also a photo of the 3 amigos (matt, keith, dino) performing synchronised refuelling at 2.40am

Great photo Clarence. Yeah, great night but home for 3:15 so it was ridiculously hard getting up at 7:30am for an exercise session. I still feel tired today. Thanks for the invite!
