Crash is at about 3:45 if you want to skip to it. Kid is very lucky it wasn't a hit to the back of the car where he was sitting.

Don`t the cops normally cover your stationary car when pulling up behind? It seems the young guy was at least a metre or just under from the marked lane before that clown collected his car, very lucky no one was hurt I guess, anyways.........
