There were quite a few nice mustang convertibles there today, such a lovely winters day for a convertible

I met a couple of the  mocha guys
Keen to catch up with more at the racq motorfest next week

VX255 ,is your engine a big block .I dont like c6 autos in small blocks ,they drain too much HP ,are too big and very heavy .You most likely broke 2 nd gear band ,common problem with a c6 with that big drum in them .  Mine broke reverse gear band yesterday ,bummer .Will be back on road tomorrow .

Yes it's a FE 390 stroked etc to 425, and went to auto guy who says same, 2nd gear band broke or something to do with solenoid pressure valve (went over my head) anyway booked in next Monday for dropping and rebuild -price seems pretty reasonable
Was thinking of changing to t56 magnum or TKO 6 speed,  next time , when have more $ ready
So I have to put the Dyno tune off for another week or two  (was booked in for Wednesday)

Looked like I missed out! Ha I didn't even make it to the show. Ended up spending the day on the side of the road because my fuel pump quit on me  :ouch:
