MACH ONE ,I  have magnums on my 66 coupe and they do look good but really not for that model ,maybe 15 inch styled rims may suit your car better as it is a stocko .just my 2 cents worth . :thumb:

resprayed dash to original satin black.

still to come

remove old front stabilizer bar replacing with bigger one

repainting all interior door to satin black.
replace seat belts and steering wheel.

maybe if money allows changing interior color to black with red insert seats

I see some of your cars and I just see professional jobs done by most of you which amazes me the quality of workmanship I'm a amateur at best but not much I can not not do but still a long way off some of you guys.

a nice day my wife and I went to McCelland Art center to take some snaps ( we had people stopping and taking photos of our car they thought it was part of the Art exhibition lol)

Nice ride mate I was originally looking for a red coupe but didn't pan out that way, can I ask if the monte carlo bar? has made much difference in the front end handling, cheers

Gold 66, I have a Monte Carlo bar on my '68 and it has made an appreciable difference to the chassis/body rigidity, therefore making the car better handling and reducing the incidence of chassis rail cracking-which had happened to my car.
Cheers, Ron B

personally the Monte Carlo bar I have on I really didn't notice the difference. But the bar I have is not as heavy gauge as other ones you can get and I was just running the standard rims on with 195 tyres on it. The rims and tyres now on 16 x 7 with 205s which have lessened the body roll quiet a lot. So maybe the Monte Carlo bar is now helping. I'm going for a 1 inch stabilizer bar soon and an export brace that should take more of the roll out. You can go the whole hog with a Shelby drop and adjustable or stiffer shocks and change the rear end to coils with adjustable panard bars etc but I don't want to go to far. I want to just be able to throw the old wheels on and keep it near original but with some slight improvements.

The 1 inch sway bar will make a huge difference, you should see a noticeable change.

I don't mind those wheels on the red car, looks not bad,

Cheers

Cheers Keith yes I'm sure it will make a difference...and the wheels and tires cost me all up 360 bucks I really don't want to drive on the original ones the tires are new and the hubcaps are very good no marks.. I really want show wheels but these will do until then.
