No need to wait till the shipment arrives. Get the shock over with quickly.
If you have not already done so - You need to engage a Customs Broker/ Receiver to handle the shipment at this end. They will take the guesswork out of it.
Don`t forget - Lube up and spread em!

Asked broker so far $2500 will know for sure when I have in my shed.

Yep, it would be good if you can list all the current costs etc.
