67 Rear brake drums
« on: March 14, 2014, 08:49:53 pm »
I'm looking for a pair of rear drum brakes? More to the point, I need the internal park brake parts as mine are missing and I can't hook up the park brake. Any help appreciated.

Local brake shop should have , else NPD or CJ Pony parts have everything

As said, ring up the local brake and diff shops.  As it's generic ford, they may have a few buckets of spare parts sitting around.

Otherwise, there is a mustang part place in Brissie I bought some handbrake parts off, and Gold Coast Classis Mustang at Helensvale on the GC (near movieworld) if you are down that way.

Thanks for the help guys. Got it sorted by a fellow named Dan (not sure if he's on here) who lives not far from me. He had a couple of old drums off one of his 66's that he was happy to part with and I got all the bits needed to finish the P Brake. Rego got sorted on Friday, now it's on the road and the fun begins... :thumb:

TBS at Smith St Capalaba will certainly get the drums about $70 each new They will have shoes or re-bond yours for a $30, Mustang auto parts Bulimba have the springs and adjuster kits etc.
