1969 Mach 1 & 1970 Boss 302
« on: September 25, 2013, 06:39:46 pm »
New to the forum, relatively new to MOCA (Fairly inactive given I have 3 kids under 4!) but new to mustangs... I've loved them since seeing Alan Moffatt at Sandown in his Boss 302 as a kid.
Have looked at the forum a few times before and unfortunately now have the need for some advice on a recommended panel shop as I've damaged the Boss 302  and have listed a 'topic' in the Boss section of the blog (if that's what you call it!).
Thought I'd take the opportunity to put my cars in the member's section!

Ouch, I feel for you my fellow Boss mate. I can't help you, but I am sure you will get some good leads from our other members soon.
Hope its not too seriously damaged bud.
Good luck.  :thumb:

Welcome to the forum John. There are people on this forum that should be able to point you in the right direction for a repairer in the Melbourne area.

Really appreciate the responses thus far, hopefully out of something horrible will come some good... Well once I get the idea how to post/respond to you all!
Firstly thanks for the kind welcome!
Short version of the damage is I've dented the bottom of the front guard, dented the sill and have a couple of nasty gouges/scatches in the door thanks to meeting a cyclone fence after a couple of over enthusiastic bystanders pushed me off the road after my autolite repo battery died (can't seem to get adequate charge cinto it)... Went from bad to worse really quickly!
