2013 Christmas in July
« on: June 17, 2013, 02:27:04 pm »
 :event:

Hi Folks,

Just a quick not to let anyone planning on heading to Port Stephens for the Christmas in July know that you need
to bring your best Christmas Hat with you.

Doesn't matter what sort of hat you have as long as it is Christmas related......

We want to see as many hats as possible, live dangerously & be creative or just be boring  :nopity: and get a Santa hat from the $2.00 shops...

Who knows you may win a prize.....

Regards,
Ace   :seeya:

PS: ....BEWARE........BEWARE........BEWARE........BEWARE........BEWARE.... Have it on reliable information that Naughty Santa is out and looking to have some fun....   :evilone:

Hi Folks,

Not sure if anyone is interested in travelling in convoy up to Port Stephens on Saturday morning? If you are, suggest
an 8:30 am departure from Thornleigh McDonalds:flag:

If you are interested, let us know on here otherwise we will just keep on cruising up the coast.....  :burnout:

Regards,
Ace  :event:

PS: Don't forget your hats.....

For anyone attending this weekends Christmas In July activities, and do not have a copy of the "Event Guide", here is the link.....

http://nsw.mustang.org.au/flyers/MOCA-Christmas-July-2013.pdf

It would be well advised to have a copy printed out for the weekend.

Many Thanks to those who have RSVPd for the many activities planned to newcastle@nsw.mustang.org.au
The weather forecast is looking excellent, and there are plenty of people coming up to Port Stephens, have a great weekend everyone!

Hi Neil
There's a group of us leaving at 12 from the corner of Kanangra Dr and the Pacific Highway. That's the turn off to Gwandalan.Just park past the lights.Should get us to the hotel around 1:30 pm. We leave the hotel for the Lighthouse Cafe at 2:30.
And yes,we do have our hats.

Sorry Dave & Norm,

Should have been more specfic, I meant the Saturday cruisers. Know Port Stephens pretty well thanks Dave so no map needed.

Will have the GPS in the car as well..... who knows, may end up at Port Lincoln.  :leaving:

What a fabulous weekend. Great cruises to interesting locations and a night full of laughs at the dinner. With Ace running the night nothing less is expected. Many thanks to David Lodge and the committee for a great time. With a 102 bodies and 50 mustangs the parking area at the hotel was a smorgasboard of Mustangs. From a 1965 6cyl convertible up to the latest Shelbys and Cobras.
Couple of million dollars worth on show. Made great convoys on the cruises.
