Fitted an export brace this weekend, don't want to do another one for a long time.  Towers had sunk in about an inch so slowly spread them out and made sure everything was nice and square.  Also fitted some new KYB shocks and the harsh rattley bumpy ride has now disappeared.

Today I cleaned up my boot and restored my spare wheel, had fun getting the vibrant white back on the stripe..
I'd love to know if I have the OG wheel, it has the ford logo stamped in it with 6ME Stamped directly under.

Picked up my '16 GT after is was treated with Opti Coat Pro+. The shine is sensational. I can recommend Bon Vivant in Williamstown North.

The photo doesn't do the finish justice either. It's better in the "flesh".

Installed my export brace yesterday. Not as tricky as some stories you read, only a tiny bit of grinding to elongate one bolt hole to get it to drop into place. Looking forward to taking it out to see what difference it's made if it ever stops raining here.

Took the Prostars with ET Streets off finally, should have come off weeks ago. Scored a bargain  on a set of  ET Streets that are now on my AR500,s and put them back on the stang after polishing the wheels, it will be interesting to see how long the ET,s last when they're used all the time instead of just track time.
Cleaned the stang for the first time in about 7 weeks which would be the longest it has gone without  a clean.
Drove it down to the servo to fill up and then  home again ready to go to Tumbulgum Tavern for lunch tomorrow and then a drive home through Murwillumbah and past the Natural Arch.

Flushed the diff out a couple of times.
Put in new axle seals and filled it with fresh oil.
Backing plates back on again with new wheel cyclinders.
Just gotta fit the new drums and pads and adjust em up.
And fit the Monte Carlo bar.
And a big thanks to Harrys Classic Mustang Parts, you guys have been great.

Started stripping off all the old paint in the engine bay. This is going to be a very long & messy job me thinks.

Replaced the American Thunder mufflers with a pair of huskies. Drone gone, tinny sound gone, EPA no longer on the look out. Just a nice growl; not a roar. I can even hear the radio.

Bought her a friend

The "Friend" seems much younger, so now she is a Cougar instead of a Mustang.
