They are the Dynacorn 15 x 7.

I shrunk the photo too small but they do look good.

At $1,195 for 4 landed I'm pretty happy with them.

i almost got the same type of wheels in january, but changed my mind.
they look the goods and top price, where purchased from?
when a 3 month engine rebuild turns into 3 year bare metal resto.

I bought them from Dallas Mustang. They are cheapest I found at retail price of $161US (Others are $180+) and then over Easter they stuck a 10% sale on making them $145 each. Winning!

DM quoted freight of $450 but I used a shipping service (myus.com) and paid $145US for DHL.

Washed the dog pee off one of a wheel (grrrrrrr I hate that)  :flaming: :flaming: Thought one clean wheel looked odd so I washed the whole car and went for a drive  :burnout:

Fitted the export bar ..... or as I like to call it
"the wish you would go in you mutha $^^&%# %#@427423" piece of $^$^".......however it did go in eventually

changed the t bar base plate mmmm new chrome

changed the instrument cluster lens mmm new clear lens and chrome

re aligned the gap on the bonnet and guard which bugged me

but my favorite was replacing my broken park brake light the perspex was was missing

since you just cant buy these anymore (well you can but hard to find an original)  I decided to remake it considering I have the facility at work to do it. I cut the perspex to size and then had our sign department do the original font lettering printed on it. the housing it self was ok I just remade it good as new as from the factory pretty good if i do say so myself Excuse the blurry photo

Fitted 2 new engine mounts and a chain on the LH side if a mount breaks . Fixed a broken exhaust mount and adjusted the shifter cable .  Took off the kick down cable so the auto would shift when I wanted it not when it wanted to .

After having a valve failure on one AFR head, AFR replaced the heads but I had the old ones repaired, the whole previous donk was sent to the dump, all trashed, had the heads rebuilt by Rams, Jesel shaft rockers new block and internals, all balanced and blue printed by BobLee, This time I put a Camtech cam in it and went with 11.1 comp and am chasing a big flat torque curve, and man its really is unbelievable, 4th gear at 40ks and just squeezing on the go pedal and she wants to let go at 3k.
I had a major gearbox misalignment which made the box sing and run red hot, sent it back to MalWood to have it corrected under warranty, seems like he rectified it and it seems so good so far.(thanks Mal) now to wait for the rain to stop and put a few ks on it.

Tell me about it, I hit the roof when my insurance company wanted to charge me the excess when I was not at fault and had the other drivers details but they came around very quickly once I questioned it.

Hi Chuck,
I posted about this issue 6 months or so ago
http://www.mustang.org.au/forum/index.php/topic,25491.msg255158.html#msg255158

I'm running a C4 - Back then was not shifting into 3rd - got a LUCAS OIL's product that softened the seals & temporarily alleviated the problem - but it came back and the seal softener did'nt work this time.

The vacuum seal was looked at & replaced, but still not shifting properly - so it looks like strip down to find problem and then probably refurb & rebuild.

Aaron.

Thanks Glenn,
I picked him (40 odd k's away from me in Redcliffe)
based on this thread : http://www.mustang.org.au/forum/index.php/topic,26998.0.html

Don't think Mal does autos.

Aaron, give Bob Grant a call in Brisbane - http://www.bgaauto.com.au/ - haven't dealt with him myself but he has an awesome reputation in drag racing circles.

Good luck with it.

So that's 2 people who vouch for Bob - hopefully soon I'll be a 3rd [want to have it back in time for Tancla to take photos of it

Hey Xray just noticed we share the same name. You must be a good bloke..

The good thing is at least in Bris there's more than a few places that can help with old trans issues.
Up here in Darwin..not so much.

Hopefully soon I will be back in the SEQ region and getting my AOD issues sorted...or replaced.

Hi Chuck!

I'm 39 and I've only ever met one other person named Aaron - not so common in my experience.

I think my parents just wanted to make sure I always did my homework on time by giving me a name that would have me called first in class every time!  :lmao:
