1965 Mustang Coupe Drip Rail
« on: March 02, 2013, 11:45:53 am »
Im after some Drip Rails for my 1965 GT Coupe as they are pretty much rusted out, left and right. I dont think they make reproduction parts for this. (not talking about the bling drip rail moulding.)
Melbourne/ Victoria.

Thanks for your help.

Chris

If you mean the actual metal roof gutter, then yes they do make replacement panels, but correct installation from factory means that they are welded under the roof edge- at factory they were spot welded to body before the roof went on .

they are made aftermarket for 65-68 models.
not sure if they are scott drake or whoever. will get to shed tomorrow night and check packaging.
I  got mine from capital classics in canberra.

Thanks heaps JBB, very helpful to know they exist. Let me know how you go with the packaging etc. have you had a go of installing them before?
