FUEL PRICES

Hi, Kalumburu  200 kms north off the Gibb River road $3-00 per litre for diesel couple of years ago
Bamaga at the tip of Cape york $2-94 per litre
The kicker with Bamaga is it was 20 cents dearer than Thursday Island
which is half an hour away by fast boat???????????
The beauty of the Prado is 180 litre tanks , add a couple of 20 litre jerry cans
and you can just drive straight past until the prices become more reasonable.
Lorella Springs ( the Gulf ) can of beer $9-00 couple of years ago.
So Sydney prices are really not to bad.

Kulumburu is nuts for diesel prices, I frequently drive up there for work, but its worth it every time, amazing place!

The buggers put fuel up today to $1.39.9 for E10 on the Gold Coast . Was $1.07 .
