Looking for 66 Mustang RH door for repair

Hi all,

Pulled the RH door out of storage to discover a couple of hacked in speaker holes that I somehow need to repair.

So I'm hoping to find a RH door shell that I can preferrably use in whole or worst case, something with a reasonable interior skin that I can cut out the bits for repair.

Can anyone help?
