Well done, congrats! Love the 67/68 coupes  :thumb: Nice car  :smile01:

Sounds a bit suss to me, as if it was planned. The seller shouldn't be getting worried until a few days after the end of auction if they haven't been contacted. I know it isn't polite to wait that long if you are a buyer, but that's just what a lot of people do. Getting nervous 5 minutes after the end, sounds like a bit of BS.

Agree with Ash, that auction looked a bit suss.

You'll need proof of ID, proof of entitlement for registration, blue slip, hard copy green slip insurance (not online green slip) and weighbridge certificate. Best to ring RTA info line and confirm. Cheers.

They just need s receipt with the previous owners details, vehicle details and a value of what you paid. I don't know how it works there in QLD but here the rego papers do that job. If it were an unregistered vehicle, a written receipt will do it.

A bill of sale, written receipt or previous registration paper.

I was wondering how long it would take Johnno to notice this car!
Wantastang, you should try & secure NSW IGALOP plates (if they're still available) & change your id to IGALOP2!
