throttle linkages

am in the process of converting a 67 coup to right hand drive and need to configure the throttle linkages, has anyone got any idea's, can I use a Aust ford set up if so what year car do I work from.

XA to XC throttle cable (V8 not 6 cyl.) and adapt the accelerator pedal or find one at the wreckers. Cable available at Repco, Bursons, etc.

The early cables have metal ends try and get one of those ,i just would get one made by a cable makers shop . Quite often they are called marine cable makers and repairs .
