My 69 cost me about $6800 to get here and my 66 about $4400.

Things must have risen. A few months ago I imported a handmade horse cart for my wife, it only cost about $1700 to buy but customs though over $500 in duties and fees at it. I nearly fell over! Then shipping was on top as well.

Wow the Shipping etc is expensive in Aus, I just imported from California to the UK containerised for USD$1800 (£1200) that includes USD$400 to get the car to the Port, and £470 UK Customs and £325 Agents fees, so about AUD$3000

Are Aus prices higher than UK prices ?, a 65 FB here in very good condition requiring no major work would be AUD $33000 and AUD$41000 for an A1 example

Hi,

Finally got some pics etc with my car.

I've been super busy with work and trying to find time for my Mustang...

I've basically stripped it all down inside, and now I'm working on getting all the running gear out so I can send it off to the Blasters...

The car has had the 2 rear floor sections done already, but that looks like it was the only rust in this thing, there is some very light surface rust around the back window, but blasting will get that... check out the vids

Shes a beauty

Can't wait

I've also still been collecting parts, mostly NOS parts...etc

You can follow me on youtube. I have uploaded some videos on there... http://www.youtube.com/user/xbeast666?feature=watch

Cheers
