Won't eat there ever again.
We went there in April to talk to Matt,
my friends got there first and asked where to sit
and was told by the waitress,
anywhere you like.
I arrived with my partner and we ordered our meals,
meals arrived ok and half way through our meal
the Manager comes over and rudely tells us we need to move,
that the table was booked for a family function
and expected us to move now.
We told him that we were happy to move once we had finished our meals
and we were told to sit anywhere and there were no reserved signs on the table
not to mention the waitress took our orders and didn't say anything.
He said we needed to move and we could have a free drink.
We said we don't want the free drinks and we will move no problem after we finish eating which will be in 10 minutes,
not to mention he wouldn't let us talk and kept interrupting us,
then cracked it and walked off.
He then came back 5 minutes later
and said we could stay on the table and was sorry for the way he re-acted and
was still talking over the top of us trying to explain what had happened.
In the end I stood up and said, mate you better shut up and listen to me right now.
I told him if he could shut his mouth long enough he might have heard what we had to say and what actually happened instead of thinking the world was going to end and
he could have handled the situation in a different manner
and needed to learn how to communicate and listen.
I was totally embarassed for inviting my friends over to meet Matt.
Anyway we got up and moved into the next room.
The funny thing is my friends are business people and live in a Penthouse over looking Faulner Park
on St. Kilda Road, and when I arrived he said to me that if the meals were good here
that he would come here more often as it was just down the road,
needless to say that will never happen now.
When you get there say hello to the Manager from me.
