ITS ALIVE!!!! Is Heven suppose to feel this good? It pulls really hard rigt through to 3rd gear then I run outa road, Its such a buzz, its chalk and cheese compared to the old auto, Just tremendus, I love it, why didnt I do this sooner!:p1str:p2nd:p3rd:p4th:p5th:p:p:p:p

Its awsume Edd, I just gotta sort the wiring inside and tidy the shifter and console, to get it looking proper and stuff, It is very nice actually, but it certainly isn't an easy changeover, but the revs in 5th drop right down, I cant wait to go for a long drive!:(

sounds like it was well worth it will you need to make any changes to the diff gears

Yea the 347.........Well I mite just put her in the shed for now, this 289 is going quite nice with this box,
as far as the WOOPING goes Im not so sure but it sure is a different car to drive... its feels so..well... drivable, it has feeling or is it me feeling myself:+thats more like it, Im on a real high just now!:w

I still am tidying it up, the console needs some reworking so as to look as original as it can and the wiring is like a spaggeti factory, but sunday I have my neices 21st so I must be there but im going at it every night and it is sure feels SWELL to drive, Id like to organise a cruise to Mt Panorama one sunday if anyones interested! Soon! As soon as I get the car organised, God it feels good to drive!
