With Mary working on Friday nights leaving me with nothing to do but watch TV, I find myself most times jumping into the Mustang & just cruising around on my own. I was wondering if anyone else is keen to meet at the Gepps Cross Home Maker Centre car park at 7.00pm for a cruise out to the St Kilda pub at around 8.00pm for a quiet drink & chat about all things Mustang etc.

So far there are two of us keen, hopefully we can attract a few others to come along

.............even if your cars is off the road, still being built etc, come along introduce yourselves......

nothing formall, just getting out of the house in our cars etc..:yellowpepper:

I forgot its Clipsal this week so understand if you cannot come........a couple of us will do it for a few weeks & see how things turn out......

Can't wait till the next time I'm working in Dry Creek Dale, I will join you for sure. I usually stay at Country Comfort Hotel when working there on the corner of Port Wakefield and Main North Rd.

I'm a bit far away at the moment though:thud:

We had a great night out.......4X Mustangs & a commodore turned up. Went for a nice little cruise down to largs, along the foreshore, around outer harbour via Victoria parade, down the Port River Express way to Port Wakefield road, then down to the St. Kilda pub.The Pub had a guy I know doing a one man band gig, & it was pretty good, he even sung Mustang Sally for us.............we all had a few drinks & talked all things Mustang for about two hours & had a great night out.
Thanks all for coming.

Plan is to do it again in a fortnight & make the route a little different...Hopefully we get a few more.

gotta agree with you there Dale...we had a great time
reminising about old times and things we used to do
gotta love Mustang Sally...singer was good although a little loud
looking forward to the next one
must remember to take the aerogard next time though
