« on: February 11, 2012, 05:37:02 pm »
My mate is looking at buying a 66 coupe from Victoria which is right hand drive, already registered. Will this car need to be re-engineered for rego in NSW:shrug:

bought my '68 from Melbourne as a registered car and had to go tn=he full monty for rego. Mine was RHD converted, so I had to have a new NSW Engineers Cert. plus blueslip, weigh bridge etc. The RTA has a printed list of stuff to do and is easy to follow.  all up it cost me a bit over a grand to do trhe NSW rego conversion. I hope this helps
cheers, Ron B

As long as it's an american muscle car, there is no dark side. The real dark side involves asian products with exhausts that sound like tearing rice papar!:smile01:
