agree that it offers the best of both worlds, however, has to be in a dark colour to look right - saw a few when I was shopping in the states last time and they have a terrible gap from boot lid to top thats more than visible on a light coloured car... oh and you can't open your boot and you'd wanna remember before you do any damage!!!

Cool idea though

Seen that before and Love it. Best off all worlds, it's a coupe, it's a convertible, it's a fastback. Brilliant idea that reminds me of the roof of my old Stag.

Good idea,
only downside I can see is that you may have to remove the roof to open the boot lid, whether that would be a pain I don't know.
