does anyone know of who/how to straighten the stainless windscreen mouldings (front and rear)?  i'm doing a car that has a couple of dimples in the mouldings when it was reinstalled the last time the car was restored.

any pointers appreciated.

any good metal polishing shops should be able to handle this,i knocked down the dimples in mine and filed the tops off, slowly went from course to fine rubbing paper then sent them away for a final polish and they came back puuurfect! i didnt have a bench grinder with a polishing wheel other wise would of done it myself!,goodluck

2+266 has the right idea, though a sheetmetal shop could do it faster and with better results using a Linishing Machine. Any good sheetmetalworking shop should have one. Hope this helps.
