Lecarra wheel install on a 66 - problem solved

Hi guys

I'm trying to install a new lecarra wheel on my
66, once it's on and connected, I get an off and on buzzing soundthat I can feel through the wheel, the horn won't work and the interior lights Flicker when the buzzing happens, I've narrowed it down to the horn contacts, but don't know how to fix it.does anybody know what the buzzing USA and how to fix it?

Any help would be great as it's really frustrating me

Short circuiting through horn contacts. You'll need to remove & check!
