Buying a non Australian reg car

New to any type of forums.
I just found what is a little gem of a car. But my problem is that it has never been regoed in any state in Austarlia. I guess I need important papers and vass signature. What do the important papers look like I have  no idea what i'm looking for or at
Any help would be greatfull

Where did the car come from
Have you got import approval paper work these come from Aust Transport Dept also need bill of sale or certificate of title from overseas
What is it

AC-F,  If you have the details on the car, ring the Dept of Transport Services on Ph 1800 815 272 or fax 6274 6013 and they can tell you if it was allowed in.  Doesn't matter if its never been registerd before.
