lpg conversion
« on: October 01, 2005, 01:06:08 am »
Hi, I am planning to buy a 69-73 convertible (still undecided) in the US to bring to Australia. I plan to drive the car on a daily basis and want to know some thoughts on converting it to LPG. It won't be a show car but in nice condition. Will the conversion decrease the value of the car? Is there better conversions than others for these cars, or am I just being rediculous for wanting to mess with classic  a beautiful car and save money on fuel costs? thanks

easily converted, minimise amount of holes drilled to assist in retaining value. you need to decide whether you want full gas  of dual fuel. several gas systems are available - ford motor loves it!
