Thanks to MOCA the car was placed on club rego (pics show Florida plates) A few weeks ago which suit it's purpose well

Thanks again to all for the warm welcome's :thumb:

Car is originally from Chicargo, hence the need for new floor/pannels. It came with detailed pictures from the build as well as many original parts (4 large boxes) including the keys.

Interesting story with the engine/box. The original 289 was in at a shop getting rebuilt and was robbed. So a create engine and new 5 speed was ordered.

Customs passed the car without any further reports or cleaning needed. The car was checked over by 2 different independents in Florida as a pre purchase inspection.

The owner completed the work over a number of years with much love, sweat and tears. Nothing needed for the RWC, yet a few things were replaced for piece of mind. Car was delivered with under 2500 miles.

Went up to daylesford on Saturday for a counter meal at the local, will get a couple of pics up

Cheers

Nice ride you have there :thumb:

Definately one of the better ones that have been imported .

I have been past that sign, going through Dean many times, and always thought that would be a great place to take a photo ....
