anyone interested in providing a bridal car for a wedding on Saturday 22nd October 2011? It would be 2 cars, mine plus yours. pick up Coburg around 3.00PM for wedding in Sunbury at 5.00PM. not sure what the going rate is. Anyone interested please contact Nev on 0407501155.

Nev,

Do yourself a favour and check your insurance policy.
I did a wedding for a mate in the fastback 18 months ago, I had to make an adjustment to my policy just for that date which covered the mustang in case of accident.

Also another note the insurer advised was that rear passengers would not be covered under 3rd party & they would need to be aware of this because the Fastback had no rear seat belts.

Mine wasn't a paying job & that is a topic that the insurer will ask as that then makes it fall under "Wedding Hire" regulations.
Whoever assists you will need to do same with their insurer.

Another aide for you, make yourself a "Riser" that you can attach to grille pony emblem to keep the silk ribbons off your bonnet, even when stretched tight they will rub on your paint in the wind while travelling.
I had to polish the marks out of the bonnet afterwards as I wasn't aware of this!

You would be use to these pitfalls, us noive guy's who help out mates normally find out the hard way.. I was lucky as it was something that the voice in my head saying!!!
