Can anyone help with locating a fibreglass manufacturer to reproduce 20 fan shrouds from a 70 for me.

Any fibreglasser could do it, try Alfa fibreglass in Kernot, they make the best 'glass panels I've ever seen.
But I don't know why you'd bother, they are readily available, and reasonably priced.
