Got an email from shipping company today advising that due to the 4th July holiday and an RDO on 5th July, that my shipping date of 9th July has been pushed back to 29th July !!

 :banghead:

Was originally getting to Melbourne on 8th August but will not get here now until 28th August.

Have been advised that it was beyond the control of shipping company as "the steam lines reserve the right to reject and/or roll containers without any prior notice." Obviously NOT Shermatt's fault either.

They tell me mine was one of 5 containers to get rolled. How lucky I am !:sarcasm:

If you have a container you think is leaving soon, best you check you email !

Stang 8, My car was "stuck " in long beach for 5 months. Heaps of excuses.If you are using Shumachers make sure you keep onto them or youll be in for a very long wait.

Mine is getting boxed up Monday and shipped out Thursday atleast thats what i was told yesterday.aanow you got a bit worried.

Yeah, I was told Monday it would leave tomorrow. Had been in the container for days before that. And then I get an email saying "have a sh!t one ".

Hope yours goes to plan.

I've got a neighbour who bought a Comaro at Xmas with shipping included in the price. Boat still not here. Was in Abby Daby[?] a couple of weeks ago ,Singapore last week and supposed to be here around the end of the month. I like John Cain and his fast boats.
