well its finally in the suspension shop getting the front end done then after that it will be goin to get new floor pans throughout.

i will try and get some pics up as soon as i can but i may be in the USA before i do see how i go.

well ive gotten her back from the shop quicker then i thought and alot cheaper aswell this is my new front end have a look

Started off by removing all un-needed items.

then once that happened started by remove more un-needed items.

now all the fun begins line-up all brace plates that located from existing bolt holes

then weld into place

with that all done time for some more locating and welding

then located crossmember and weld in

and sway bar brackets aswell

with that all done it time to fit up the double A-arms, coil overs and brakes.

then to button up the engine bay with some covers

all that need to be done before i start painting the engine bay is to make a bracket for the firewall to hold the new steering coloumn in the right place and cut the linkage to join the coloumn to the power rack.

now she is sitting a waiting to get her floors done when i get off my arse to buy the floors that will start but i wont have any pictures till after i get back from my trip

well its been awhile but im back onto the computer to upload my progress so the floors have been replaced and ive done some painting

here where im at currently floors are out and new floor is in one peice pain in the arse but all done

now into the engine bay all repairs done and primed and hyfilled then rubbed and painted very long process and painful aswell

once all rubbed it was sealed up

then colour is applied
firstly a base dark grey

then base colour

after the base come the clear coates

once that all dried i painted the cross member black along with all the control arms and sway and buttun head screwed the panels on the inner guards and also stone guarding the inner guards

from there i moved onto the door jams and dash

all sealed up

then some colour again
colour looks dark but its just bad light

steering coloumn and bonnet hinges done also

im currently working on rebuilding the door hinges then ill start to panel the car back up so i can do a final rub of the outside then it's off to the booth to get the outside painted completely can't wait its all finally coming together

oh yeah the motor is currently get a rebuild and reco box on its way not long now till she starts to look respectable again
