got the block back today from being, honed, cleaned & new cam bearings fitted............
I spent about an hour scrubbing and water blasting clean the block.
sat the bearing shells in ready for the crank
decided to fit studs to the bottom end for a bit more strength than std.

ended up getting all but one of the piston and rod assemblies installed today.....bloody customers, if it weren't for them I would have a lovely quiet little workshop...
cam is in, tomorrow I will fit the last piston assy, welch plugs, cam gear assy and degree it in.
