Hi all, With a bit of luck I will have my first mustang shortly. Looking at buying a 66 Springtime Yellow coupe with pony trim from Vic. As I'm in Brisbane I am getting VIP Automotive Solutions to have a bo peak & send me the report etc.
Has anybody had any dealings with them & used their covered transport option?
Just like waiting for Santa to arrive I can hardly wait to get my mitts on her!

Hi Bren, I have used VIP inspections many times over the years, and in most States. Usually very happy with their detailed reports and photos. However, recently I had someone use their services on my recommendation to inspect a Mustang I had for sale and the report (the buyer sent it to me) was absolutely absurd, the guy had no idea what he was on about to the point I really wondered if he went home and just got the car mixed up with somebody elses. I did make VIP aware of it and suggested they refund the buyer the money, they never got back to me with a result on that. The car still sold, but that wasn't the point, I don't like seeing anyone pay for rubbish, which that inspection was. So by all means use them but speak with admin and or the guy doing the job and make sure they seem to know what they are doing. And don't feel shy about raising any points with the seller after the inspection, if the buyer of my car had have just walked away and not told me about it I wouldn't have known about the weirdness of it all.
