Had to pospone the day on Sunday.At 5.15 am it was raining. The sky was full of water and didn't look like clearing.
Dragged the events coordinators out of bed at 5.45 to get a weather report from Sydney.RAINING!Decision made to get it on the wet weather line and the forum which was on both by 6am so people would know. Started to clear around 9 but closed in again around 10.30 and looking as if the heavens would open again.Sponsors Shannons were notified around 6am and I believe notices were sent out to the various clubs.
Many thanks to the many who called me and appreciated the fact a decision had to be made early so people had time to make up thier minds.
Will be having a meeting with the Town Centre Management shortly to arrange a new date.hopefully early April or May Stormin
