new thread started from prev. post
CPU/PeterP - i couldn't get this link to work - problem averted, was pesky little space mark at the end of the string

Hey Weber347,

the weather finally let up, so got the chance to wake sleeping beauty.

recorded a couple vids. the sound quality is quite poor, and the volume of the mic kept dropping,
but might giv an idea of the overall sound.

awaken my pretty, awaken

M4 cruise

your prob wondering where part 1 is, and no i haven't gone all George Lucas.

i just haven't finished it yet, its basicly 3 min of me folding up the laundry (ha, taking the bed sheet off Ruby), frankly i dont many people want to see that, atleast not until I throw in some smart alec comments.

anyway guys, dont hold back on your criticisms, re poor quality, i think i know whos getting a DVR for chrissy.

a few more vids go to up later this week, probably sooner as my insomnia shows no sign of letting up.

Cheers

Great note to that car, it sounds very close to a famous Highland Green 390. The only suggestion I would have is put some oil on yer door hinge. :smile02:

How about some pics and specs? Looks like a very nice fastback.
Rick

cpu

was trying to post a link to this url
http://mustang.org.au/forum/viewthread.php?tid=12963
its the "Best mufflers to fit" thread in the pre 73 area.
looks like its been sorted though

after trawling the web for a freeware audio and video editor, i gave up and decided to giv it a go, i cut up the audio only file and spliced it into win movie maker, getting the AV to matchup was a fun task for the 2nd showing,  i think the OS is XP Pro.

oh yeah, thats a mast from Dad's catarmaran, the only time it sees the light of day is when i open up the roller door to go for a spin or bring it out for a wash.

THanks Ponyride
if you see the url for the thread mentioned above, you'll see that question will hopefully remain a mystery for all eternity.

as for oiling the door, i think that adds characters, well atleast i'll think that until the door seizes up or falls off.:smile01:

any particular recomendations.

new vids added, now the saga is complete.

i might pull some of these down after a few weeks, so look forward to some feedback on which i should keep up and which i should delete from the annuls of history.

redfastback part 1 - waking up sleeping beauty
hardly worth watching

redfastback part 4 - m4 to luddenham

redfastback part 5 - elizabath dr (content revised)

so the battery on the phone died and missed the best part,
where i really giv it the beans, coming outta the roundabouts on Wallgrove Rd.:burnout:
Hope y'all like my 'patent pending' camera cradle (featured at the end of vid 5), these days, you just cant buy quality like that.
