FOUND ONE FOR YOU
« on: December 05, 2010, 02:20:18 pm »
Hello All - I'm a first timer wanting to buy a Mustang - based in Adelaide. Looking at buying one whilst the bub is still in mum's tummy hence not too fussed on its condition. I
m happy to do a bit of work but I dont want it to be a total resto. Not too fussy if its a couple or convertible but needs to be V8 and auto. I'm looking at spending 15K max. If anyone has one or knows of someone who has one then please call me on 0437 350 950 or email me on hatzipalousisp@onesteel.com.

G'day Hatzipp, Congratulations on your pending birth.!! Might have to to more than a "bit" of work for 15K.  With a bubs on the way you might not have as much time to yourself, or the the car, as you think. I hope you find what you are looking for.  :thumb:
SALUTE!!  To those who have given their lives doing their job.

Zippa,    Unfortunatly got to agree with the others here :agree:

$15k won't get alot of car & will be a coupe that needs a bit of work. Add another $10k if you want a vert that needs work???    :omg

On a time frame,-- unless you are 100% commited to the resto work, which will be very hard with junior on the way,
this is also how the rest of us start out,

Realistically --i think junior will be attending a place of learning before any rubber hits the tar   :sarcasm:

GOOD LUCK with the project

... thanks guys.

I'm finding that 10-15K does buy you a coupe that needs work but I have seen a couple of verts (incomplete mind you) but still in good nick. All good though, just thought I would put the feelers out. I'm still committed to getting one though so I'll have to sacrifice something! Either the quality or the cash.

Try Westcoast Classic Imports in Adleaide, they quite regularly bring in some reasonable cars at around the budget you are after.
