Looking forward to the progress on this one. Love these Fairlane Coupes!! It's a shame that Ford Oz didn't make a two door version of the ZA & ZB.
Good luck although from what I've seen of your handy-work on the Mustang, you won't need it.

Better get a wide angle lens before you start documenting that project, going to be a great cruiser...

Damn,
Another mag, i've got my own file at the news agent.
Thanks Tim, I'l be looking for it.
Not sure what I'm going to do yet, but I would like to try a conversion and I've got plenty of ZA bits.

Hi ANGZ66,
I couldn't help but not notice the 'new' toy and I'd have to agree with fordtj69 that the current addition of 'Gasoline' has one of the toughest 66-67 two door fairlane coupe's I've ever seen!
http://www.gasolinemag.com.au/gasoline/
Also, another idea might be one of the 57 Ford factory lightweight medium riser 427's which might look good as a 'sleeper' as well...
http://mecum.com/auctions/lot_detail.cfm?LOT_ID=SC0509-79227&entryRow=471
Anyway you look at it, they're one of the toughest looking mid-60's shaped muscle cars around!
Built for one purpose....
Cheers,
Trans-Am:cool:
