As per title, my two rear wheels (15") need the stud holes repaired (they look like little volcanoes at the moment) sometime soon. Does anyone have a set of wheels/tyres I could borrow for a few days, as the stang is my only car and I need it to get to work. Compensation will be in the form of a carton and many thanks.

Alternatively, if someone has a pair of Magnum 500 wheels they want to get rid of, I'd be interested.

Hi guys, still haven't sorted the rims out yet as I've been out of the country and flat out at work. I desperately need to get them done as soon as business open up. I've been recommended Leo Gommers Engineering in Cannington by Alliance themselves, seems they won't do the sort of work I need doing. Peter and Rob, I've sent you both SMS instead of calling in case you are busy but if anyone has some Magnum 500s they would be willing to part with or loan for a few days in return for some booze, let me know!

I'll try and take some photos of the issue with my rims, it's quite bizarre - the stud holes are so warped now the nuts are almost falling through them!

I had the wheels looked at yesterday by Bob at Leo Gommers Engineering in Cannington (the name of the company may have changed to Perth Wheel Repairs now I think) to see if they could be fixed, unfortunately they can't. Bob was extremely helpful and suggested a temporary fix which will do the job until I order a new set in from the states - ~ $220 for two rims plus $550 shipping = ouch!
