Hey i am looking for any 68, 69,70 fastbacks that are in descent condition ....(ready for rego) a 69 coupe will also be awesome....

that above car is very cheep, you would be very lucky to find something ready to drive for 15k

AG, in my opinion you really won't get what you want for $15K.
It might get you a rebuilder but not one that is rego ready.
I'd keep saving and perhaps consider early Coupes, as F'backs attract a fair bit more moolah.

I can tell you with absolute knowledge and experience, that you will not get a good quality vehicle for $15k. If you find a car that 'appears' too good to be true, looks great and meets that budget, save yourself a LOT of drama and have it checked out by someone that knows what they are doing, or you'll most likely find yourself very disappointed and reaching a lot further into your pocket than you'd hoped. Sounds negative, but it's the truth and all too commonly heard on this forum by people trying to either save a buck, or buying the first thing that rocks up. Patience is the key and from there, you'd make a smart decision.
