window adjustment

I think I have read before what a b@st@rd of job it is to adjust window height.....

The passenger window doesnt quite meet the rubber seal on the convertible top when wound up.  Not quite enogh room to get the end of your little finger into but enough to let water and wind in when you dont want it.

Can anyone suggest the best technique for adjusting it?..... without the frustration :banghead:
cheers:drink:

Not without frustration.  Only way is to remove the door panel and start tweaking the set screws....  I have the same job to do and have been putting it off....  I think its only one or two at the rear of the door that control the alignment of the upper edge of glass to top frame weatherstrip, but need to confirm... may get to it this weekend... if so I'll post results of the effort....
