Thread split from last years thread and new thread started for 2010

Venue: Mt Gravatt Showgrounds, Logan Road, Mt Gravatt

Gates open to public from 9am. Food vans on grounds, lots of muscle cars and trophies to be won for various categories.

CPU. 11/08/10

I heard there is a show on the 29th of this month. Anybody have any info for me?

Hi Lee, yes I was having a health elixir after I'd just driven back from the huge show at Oxenford. Had mine with the GCMCC display. Great show with around 300 muscle cars on display in the sunshine.
My damned camera packed it in but not before I got a couple of Carl & Grant's Boss 429...

We spent the morning at Jimboomba Hot Rod and Muscle car show, I guess around 150 cars, so not too bad.

We went to the "Lakeside Classic Speed Fest & Shannons Show & Shine "
I took out the trophy for " CAR OF THE SHOW " totaly stocked

We will be going up to the MOCA Concourse on 29th , what time you heading up Paul ?

Just wish I could have been there :( Just keep the trophy polished and in the car so I might get a chance to see it??? LOL

Hey guys just looking for some more detail about the show. I see from the MOCA QLD website it starts around 9 am, but does anyone have any idea of what time it normally finishes??

About 2 thats when the trophies are given out, crowds starts to thin about 12-1pm
