I'd recommend a couple of places - Classic Car Creations for an assessment on the bodywork; If the car is converted, Inline Steering; I was lucky in that I had the car taken to Inline Steering and the panel beater also attended, so it was one trip.
Not sure of a independent that can look solely at the vehicle, as the one's I've used in the past miss key things associated with particular models.
