radar detectors a useless against the new lasers they are using down ther, (cop mate of mine told me they are very accurate and they can ping you on a straight road from 2km away. He also told me they take a video of you car at the same time and thats the evidence thats used in the courts when you try and contest it. Just don't speed

I've found a nice drive is from Perth to Toodyay via Chittering valley, then from Toodyay to Northam via the old road and then to York from Northam and this road is really quite good in sections. Then if you still desire you can go to Beverly and cut through the west heading road to the main H/Way or come back at any of the places mentioned.
Just wish I had my mustnag up and licenced.
Do you think I could get a permit for this trip??

If at York, drop into Peter Brigg's Motor Museum - lots of interesting stuff.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
An Iacocca in Perth. It's too much to believe.
Hoping your planning to attend some club events and bring her along.
Wow!
