Engine Number location (and seat belts)

Hi, does anybody know where I would find the engine number on my 1998 V6 convertible? I've been crawling around under the car for days....

Also, if anybody has had Australian seat belts fitted to a 94-99 convertible, I'd love to hear who supplied and fitted them. I'm up for registration this month and have had my US belts denied.

You should tell us where you're located, that will help with the seat belts at least. Sorry, don't know about the engine number. Google it?
