Doesn't look like a std c-code to me! C-code is std 2 barrel 2100 carby for starters. This looks hipo non std!  Insurance might be affected.
What's it like in the usual rust spots? Cowl, doors, roof/pillars, lower boot, sills, rails etc?
Got any pics from underneath the car?
Cosmetically car appears good. Be careful, but it all depends on asking price too.
Good luck.

Standard '68,  67's do look a bit cleaner without them.

Only my opinion mate, just take a breath and relax , dont get too caught up in the exitment of the moment, 50k is a shit load of money for a fastback !! A friend of mine just scored a 67 S-Code fastback for 45k and its a stunner!! there out there and reasonably priced, again no offence meant, thats not to say if you gotta have it you gotta have it , just seems your going to spend your hard earned straight away to change things you dont like ,
                       cheers Ralph

by the photo it looks like a dealers garden in Waterford who I bought mine from,
I think 50k is getting up there, so unless it's perfect and exactly what you're looking for,

I'm with rockerfella, nice car.  Had the same view about the colour but once seen in the flesh it will grow on you.

When a car's that good, you'll soon get used to the colour.
I'm not a great fan of lime but if I was in the market I'd jump on that car in a flash.
