That is very smooth...nice before and after....has it made much difference to the ride?
-
Hey Dude,
They Look Awesome still got the original look just better in my opinion!
-
Thanks fella's. The handling did improve noticabely, and I'm quite pleased with the result :(
-
Sweet ride !
Congrats.
Frank.
-
Waht kinda dollare are we talking?
Any mods required mate
By the way.. they look hella sweet :)
-
Hi JC,
No mods were required as they come with a 4.75" backspace. As for new price you might have to check with Bee because he bought a new set. Mine were secondhand from mo in Canberra (I think he had them on a 67).
Thanks Barry
-
Dude those rims are sweeet mate :)
-
Yeh, My wife has caught me more than once sitting in the garage checking them out. :+:+:+
-
We're sick puppies aren't we Barry, I did the same!
$2200 new with nuts and correct center badges from memory. Plus tyres, for a 64-66 215/45x17 front and 235/45x17 rear. Mark Dixon at capital classics in Canberra is the local agent.
No mods needed but you may want to drop the front a little to give it a trick look.
Cheers Bee
Go to calponycars.com to see what else they have.

Red66
They look great. Good to see you are now an expert with the pics as well:a
-
Thanks Bee, I knew mo did a bit of work at Capital Classics but wasn't sure if they were the agents for the wheels.
Cheers Barry :2
-
Thanks Yellow66,
Nothing feels better than learning new tricks :(.
-
LOOKS GREAT
DO YOU THINK YOU SHOULD PUT THE WHITE WALLS AROUND IF POSSIBLE?
THEY LOOK HOT THOUGH:(
-
Probably not quite enough room for white-walls on 45 series tyres, and I think they look better with out on the larger diameter rims.
Thanks Barry
-
Looks excellent.
Are you in Griffith? Thats where my wifes family comes from.
James.
-
;x Correct first time :(. Maiden name please
-
Puntoriero.
-
Stab in the dark, Is your wifes name Louise ???
-
No.
Connie. Her sister Melina owns La Tavola restaurant.
-
yep I know the place. GREAT Food :(. My 18 yr old son Michael is friends with Michael Puntoriero from Whitton, possibly a cousin ?
-
Dont think so. There are some other Puntorieros around there...
We run the Mussy down there every couple of months, might see you around.
James.
-
No problem, Let me know when your next down this way and I'll keep an eye out for the Black machine :f.
-
I like them, they look good on an original style car, good work.
I agree with 67Stang, white walls would look good, or even redwalls. Would give it an even more original look.
-
Thanks for the comments :( Sorry I didn't answer earlier but I've just returned from Victoria-Land after taking my youngest to a Melbourne Storm game (He's a MAD Storm fan!! :_)
-
