Title: Lowering
Post by: 67hardtop on June 28, 2008, 08:05:37 pm
G'Day all.
I am putting the coupe back together and was keen to hear any views on lowering blocks v re setting the rear springs to achieve the required rise hight.

Don't waste your time with blocks. They used to be illegal so I guess that's still the case?? Resetting is the way to go & can be done quite cheaply. I think I paid around $150 to reset & beef up with an extra leaf.

Evan.

definately go with the reset,
I had an extra leaf put in and had them reset 2 inches lower for around $200,
although mine is probably a little too firm but still handles well
