Vinyl roof moudling removal 64 1/2 - 66
« on: August 08, 2021, 09:37:07 am »
Hi All,
Have been trying to find tips or a tutorial on the removal of this rear vinyl roof moulding with no luck so far.
Other mouldings came off easy but this has me stumped.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks, I was suspect of this after seeing some of these part available to purchase with a nut.  Will take a look and confirm.

Quick update.  There are definitely little speed nuts on the back on these trim pieces and they are a bitch to remove.
If you need to purchase any more I found them at Repco, Mustang Auto Parts only sell a smaller product.

you will likely need someone to pry outward on the trim as you unscrew the nuts, or vice versa.
