Gerace Restorations in Adelaide may have a good orig but it won't be cheap.

Sorry for jumping on such an old post. I've replaced my outside headlight buckets and had to take the fender off. When I put the spring on it holds the bucket back but there is nothing to hold the ring back which holds the light in other then the two screws - thus the light is pulled toward the screws and away from the springs. Looking for any resources I can use to try and work this out?

You need a tool that has a hook on the end, check out this how too.

Thanks I got everything covered in that post ok but the light retaining ring is held in by two screws on one side and pulls to the side of the screws pushing the beam of the light away from the car. there is a hold din the retaining ring but the spring does not seem to go in that hole to pull that side back???
