Is it just me or is the web site for Vic not working correctly?  On my screen it comes up with a thick white band and small select areas on the left.  Just doesn't seem right>?

If you're using IE, try a different browser like Firefox, Chrome, etc.

Just checked it on all three browsers & it's ok at this end
