i have a 351 clevo on 0 bearings and 0 pistons it seems to hav dropped water in the sump and not bubbling in the radiator it was just rebuilt , runs great . im thinking possibly the valley oe the sandwich plate inthe water pump leaking any ideas would be great

Inlet manifold or gaskets?? Did you check clearances? Were the heads resurfaced? A lot of possibilities.

yes heads were resurfaced aswell as recond new valves inserts and such

Scott, start from the top, rip the valley cover off and make sure that is all matching and then down to the head gaskets.

I just changed my timing chain and when I took off the front cover off the cavitation was bad enough in one spot that I'm sure it would have been a matter of time before it would have been a pinhole leak and into the oil she goes. It wouldn't take much under pressure.
